The Client’s Challenge
National Fleet Finance came to us with a solid product idea, a two month deadline and understandably, little software experience within their executive team.
How do you fast-track a robust cloud application that is both easy for the user and is built on complex business logic - all while racing to the finish in 40 working days?

The Production Plan
Our goal was to provide a simple and intuitive user experience that emphasised scalability, performance and speed of delivery.
Working in partnership with National Fleet and their executive team, we reverse-engineered the strategy to deliver a new cloud application that integrated with existing systems.
From planning to delivery, we crafted a responsive cloud-based sales application on time and within budget.
The new application allows each salesperson to take their customers through the process on any connected device, be it a smartphone, tablet or laptop.
The application’s performance was vital for a seamless sales process. Due to the enormous amount of proprietary data and third-party system data that needed to be integrated, we implemented custom database indexing to maximise speed, getting all data and content to the screen in the shortest possible time.
